\u201cSTOLL\u201d and \u201cTARAND\u201d. The first seals of the \u201cStoll\u201d and \u201cTarant\u201d can be found in a document from the year 1273 in the General State Archives Karlsruhe. It still poses a puzzle for researchers. The castle&#8217;s origins are partly believed to date back to Roman or even Celtic times. \u201cStoll\u201d and \u201cTarand\u201d were the knightly families who populated the castle hill in the Middle Ages with their families, servants, horses and large household goods.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-409c22e elementor-widget__width-initial ha-has-bg-overlay elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"409c22e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In einem Streit der Staufenberger mit dem Bischof von Stra\u00dfburg wurden sowohl die Stollenburg als auch die Burg Staufenberg im Jahre 1329 weitgehend zerst\u00f6rt.
