Witsch\u00a0\u00bb, un vieux soldat russe avec un chapeau mou et un large manteau, aurait fait des b\u00eatises ici. Il faisait parfois peur aux jeunes couples, ou s&rsquo;ils se comportaient mal, les enfants \u00e9taient menac\u00e9s de traiter avec Michele Witsch. <\/p><p>A la table des habitu\u00e9s de l&rsquo;ancienne auberge \u00ab zum Kreuz \u00bb d&rsquo;Ebersweier, un contrat est pass\u00e9 le 18 juillet 1842, dans une ambiance de vin ou de bi\u00e8re.<\/p><p>Le propri\u00e9taire foncier Sebastian Huber (maintenant la cave Andreas Laible) a accord\u00e9 au brasseur de bi\u00e8re Hornung de Kehl le droit de construire une cave en pierre. La cave de roche \u00e9tait id\u00e9ale pour stocker la glace. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64696e3 elementor-widget__width-initial ha-has-bg-overlay elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"64696e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"left\">La cave \u00e0 glace a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1920. La glace a \u00e9t\u00e9 bris\u00e9e sur le B\u00fchlmattwiese, dans le M\u00fchlkanal et les foss\u00e9s d&rsquo;arrosage en hiver. Karl Behr, propri\u00e9taire de \u00ab\u00a0Bad Staufenberg\u00a0\u00bb stockait de la bi\u00e8re brass\u00e9e et vendait l&rsquo;eau fra\u00eeche devant la \u00ab\u00a0cave \u00e0
