moulins ont \u00e9t\u00e9 aliment\u00e9s en eau par le d\u00e9versoir de B\u00fchlmatt. Le M\u00fchlbach (ancien) a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9truit par une temp\u00eate en 1851, puis reconstruit \u00e0 environ 100 m \u00e0 l&rsquo;est. <\/p><p>Avec un grand \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9versoir\u00a0\u00bb, l&rsquo;eau \u00e9tait d\u00e9tourn\u00e9e du Durbach au-dessus du B\u00fchlmattwiesen, puis conduite vers le premier. \u00ab\u00a0moulin \u00e0 pocher (broyeur)\u00a0\u00bb. De l\u00e0, le canal continuait sur le versant du Plauelrain derri\u00e8re la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 actuelle jusqu&rsquo;au \u00ab moulin \u00e0 huile \u00bb. L\u00e0, il se d\u00e9versait dans le canal vers l&rsquo;ancien \u00ab\u00a0Deckerm\u00fchle\u00a0\u00bb et vers le moulin du hameau.   <\/p><p>Plusieurs petits pi\u00e8ges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s pour arroser les prairies de B\u00fchlmatt en raison d&rsquo;une meilleure croissance. De 1842 \u00e0 1920 environ, la glace a \u00e9t\u00e9 bris\u00e9e sur le B\u00fchlmattwiesen inond\u00e9 et stock\u00e9e dans la \u00ab\u00a0cave \u00e0 bi\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb pour l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9. Jusque vers 1930, un foss\u00e9 permettait \u00e9galement l&rsquo;irrigation des prairies du c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche du ruisseau.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
