En 1661, le docteur strasbourgeois Joh. K\u00fcffer a repris la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, qui a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 acquise par le baron Josef von Ried en 1772\/75. Il a combin\u00e9 sa propri\u00e9t\u00e9, l&rsquo;ancien B\u00e4uerlinshof, le Leitersberger Hof, d&rsquo;autres vignobles et le manoir construit en 1770 pour former le \u00ab\u00a0Hespengrund Manor\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p><p>En 1828, l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritier de von Ried, Freiherr von Ritz, vendit toute la cour des chevaliers \u00e0 Freiherr Franz Anton von Neveu, dont l&rsquo;anc\u00eatre Carl Neveu de la Folie \u00e9tait venu d&rsquo;Anjou en France en tant qu&rsquo;administrateur du bailli d&rsquo;Ortenau apr\u00e8s la guerre de Trente Ans.<\/p><p>Depuis lors, le domaine appartient \u00e0 la famille von Neveu et s&rsquo;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en une cave de qualit\u00e9 progressive d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-e9d69c1\" data-id=\"e9d69c1\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98499ec ha-has-bg-overlay elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"98499ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"left\">Le baron von Ried a fait de son domaine de Hespengrund un domaine de plantation mod\u00e8le pour la viticulture.
