Ce qui est certain, c&rsquo;est que la noble auberge \u00ab\u00a0Zum Ritter\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 mentionn\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 1656. <\/p><p>Avec le peuplement croissant de la vall\u00e9e le long du Durbach, l&rsquo;importance de la maison en tant qu&rsquo;auberge ainsi que lieu de rencontre et de n\u00e9gociation officielle grandit.<\/p><p>La \u00abcave de d\u00eeme\u00bb \u00e9tait \u00e9galement situ\u00e9e ici, dans laquelle le vin de d\u00eeme \u00e9tait collect\u00e9 pour les fiefs de Staufenberg et le monast\u00e8re d&rsquo;Allerheiligen.<\/p><p>\u00c0 partir de 1921, le \u00ab Ritterwirt \u00bb a maintenu une liaison quotidienne en diligence avec deux cal\u00e8ches vers la gare de Windschl\u00e4g, mais aussi vers Offenburg et parfois vers Strasbourg.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-e9d69c1\" data-id=\"e9d69c1\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98499ec ha-has-bg-overlay elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"98499ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"left\">En 1988, le Ritter fut le lieu de la rencontre entre le chancelier Kohl et le pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais Mitterrand.
