data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Bernhard Feger, un boulanger de Durbach, a acquis cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 avec un \u00ab magasin de bi\u00e8re bien \u00e9quip\u00e9 \u00bb en 1841 et a construit ici cette r\u00e9sidence et cette ferme soign\u00e9es en 1846 au lieu de l&rsquo;ancienne \u00ab maison \u00e0 un \u00e9tage \u00bb, comme l&rsquo;indique l&rsquo;arche de la cave avec le bretzel et ses initiales.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s lui, trois autres boulangers ont travaill\u00e9 sur cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 avec son fils Karl jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit vendue au tapissier Max Benetz en 1888. Sa fille Anna Barbara a \u00e9pous\u00e9 le contrema\u00eetre Heinrich M\u00e4nnle.
